Get a fair share

I understand the process and responsibilities throughout a project and the importance of good cost management to businesses.

As a very experienced Quantity Surveyor I am comfortable with the range of QS tasks and communicating at all levels. I can successfully integrate and perform however you need me to.

A serve of Cost Management:

Budget control and reporting - Procurement - Progress claims - Variation management - Claims and negotiations - Final accounting - Measurement

Helen impressed me with her energy and how quickly she found fit with the team. She demonstrated proactive attitude toward contributing to best effect for us and could be relied on to carry out tasks and hold relationships with clients and subcontractors. Helen is a very capable QS and her experience in commercial contracting is evident.

I’ll spend some time discussing what might suit your organisation, see what ideas that generates and come back to you.

We brought Helen into a role rather unlike anything she’d done before. She was very happy to muck in, adopt or create new ways of working, work independently and collaboratively, and find innovative ways to get things done. She, like Gap Filler, is motivated by serving her community and making community development fun - and won’t shy away from dealing with the tricky bits head on.
